Specialized Belarusian Board of Barristers (Belinurcolleguia) unites persons practicing law and rendering legal assistance to natural and legal persons of the Republic of Belarus abroad, to foreign natural and legal persons and also stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus with regard to protecting their rights, freedoms and lawful interests, including searches for heirs. Belinurcolleguia is the only association of lawyers in Belarus that specializes in this field of legal practice.

As an independent association Belinurcolleguia has been in existence since February 1992.

Efficiency of Belinurcolleguia is supported by:

- a wide body of experience;

- application of the principles of total trust and strict confidentiality;
- individual approach to each case and client.

Belinurcolleguia's key activities embrace:
  • Assistance in exercising heirship rights by Belarusian citizens with regard to estate matters abroad, including search for heirs in Belarus;Aiding foreign subjects in pursuing their heirship rights in Belarus;
  • Provision of legal aid in matters of indemnification for damage to the property and health sustained by Belarusian citizens abroad and by foreign subjects in Belarus; Resolution of legal problems arising out of family relationships;
  • Handling of criminal cases instituted against foreign subjects and stateless persons in Belarus; Provision of legal aid to Belarusian citizens in the event of instituting criminal proceedings against them abroad;
  • Provision of legal aid to corporate entities in the event of disputes involving bodies corporate domiciled in various countries; Assistance in receiving pensions awarded abroad;
  • Handling of cases of administrative responsibility brought against foreign subjects in Belarus.
